Return to ShopOur Delivery Policy forms part of our terms and conditions. Goods are usually packaged and dispatched within 48-72 hours of ordering. Our goods are delivered by transglobal Express or Royal Mail. Our methods of delivery include the following:

Delivery
We are unable to forward an alternate address once the order has left our premises. Customers and/or recipients are therefore responsible for supplying full and correct delivery details at the time of purchase. Should inaccurate details be provided, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting incorrect delivery or non-delivery. Should shipments be returned to us due to such a delivery failure, we have the right to charge the customer for the re-shipment of the goods to the correct address.
In most cases, a signature is required on delivery. If nobody is present at the time of delivery, you should receive a failed delivery notification card which gives the contacts to rearrange a delivery time with the courier or collection from the courier’s local depot. If you do not collect the item(s), it will be returned back to us and you will have to pay a re-shipping fee if this happens.
International Shipping
Non-UK customers. We currently do not ship outside of the UK. We will update our website as soon as international shipping becomes available.
Returns Policy
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 30 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This returns policy applies to customers in England and Wales irrespective of their geographical location. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
To return an item, we require proof of purchase. Please email support@quanaceskincare.co.uk in the first instance. We will not authorise the return of unwanted items after 30 days from receipt of the item(s). The cost of returning and insuring the items is the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent back safely packed, unused, in their original packaging fit for resale. Refunds will only be made when the items have been safely received and inspected. Any delivery costs are non-refundable. Please include (in eligible writing) a note with your name and postcode written clearly in the return package together with the original invoice number.
Inspection
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is processed. If you have done all of this and you still have not received a refund please contact us at support@quanaceskincare.co.uk and we will investigate the matter.
